Narrative:
Taxiway charlie departure after waiting for 4 aircraft to land. Engine power loss on climb out during right turnout. Continued right turn and notified tower of intent to return for landing in the grass. Landed in grass, no damage and no injury. Taxied to hangar under own power. Possible fouled plugs. Next time I will use full runway length and another run-up after a long wait for takeoff clearance.

Narrative: TAXIWAY CHARLIE DEP AFTER WAITING FOR 4 ACFT TO LAND. ENG PWR LOSS ON CLBOUT DURING R TURNOUT. CONTINUED R TURN AND NOTIFIED TWR OF INTENT TO RETURN FOR LNDG IN THE GRASS. LANDED IN GRASS, NO DAMAGE AND NO INJURY. TAXIED TO HANGAR UNDER OWN PWR. POSSIBLE FOULED PLUGS. NEXT TIME I WILL USE FULL RWY LENGTH AND ANOTHER RUN-UP AFTER A LONG WAIT FOR TKOF CLRNC.
