Narrative:

At FL290 TCAS commanded a RA climb of 1500 FPM due to an aircraft climbing to FL280. We climbed aircraft to FL29600 at which time TCAS system indicated clear of traffic. Notified ATC of TCAS initiated climb. First officer saw conflicting aircraft 3-5 mi at 3 O'clock position.
