Narrative:
En route to phl at 11000 ft, received a TA from center 'traffic 10 O'clock altitude unknown'. At same time we received a TCASII RA to climb at 1200 FPM. We notified center of the TCASII RA and we immediately climbed at 1200 FPM to 11700 ft until receiving a 'clear of conflict' from TCASII (about 30-45 seconds). We then immediately descended to 11000 and notified center again. We did not see the traffic.

Narrative: ENRTE TO PHL AT 11000 FT, RECEIVED A TA FROM CENTER 'TFC 10 O'CLOCK ALT UNKNOWN'. AT SAME TIME WE RECEIVED A TCASII RA TO CLB AT 1200 FPM. WE NOTIFIED CENTER OF THE TCASII RA AND WE IMMEDIATELY CLBED AT 1200 FPM TO 11700 FT UNTIL RECEIVING A 'CLR OF CONFLICT' FROM TCASII (ABOUT 30-45 SECONDS). WE THEN IMMEDIATELY DSNDED TO 11000 AND NOTIFIED CENTER AGAIN. WE DID NOT SEE THE TFC.
