Narrative:

While starting to tow aircraft wing tip hit cabin attendant of deice truck. I was driving the tug and started to move aircraft after making walk around and seeing deice trucks in front of hangar. I proceeded to pull aircraft straight ahead and I did not see the aircraft strike the front of the deice truck. The person riding the brakes did not feel the aircraft strike the truck but heard the crash and yelled to stop. I stopped to see what had happened and saw that the wing tip and outboard slat had struck the cabin attendant of the deice truck. The aircraft incident could have been avoided if we could have found another person to walk the wing but everyone else was too busy to help. Also if the aircraft was in a designated parking spot and the deice trucks were in a designated spot. Also if there were lights outside the hangar so the man riding in the cockpit could see how close we were to the trucks.
