Narrative:
We had been cleared onto the runway for takeoff, after throttles had moved towards takeoff power the takeoff warning horn sounded and we checked the normal items that give the alert. Not finding anything wrong, I pulled off the power and called for the abort. After clearing the runway and not needing any assistance we checked for problems. Found flap position indicator leading edge circuit breaker out. First officer had just before taxiing onto runway dropped an item on the floor and in reaching for it released his shoulder harness, which has a high recoil and hit the circuit breaker panel behind him and pulled out the circuit breaker (above). Speed of aircraft was about a fast taxi at abort. (Fix). The advanced medium large transport seat belt shoulder harness recoil tension should be reduced to prevent this common problem.
