Narrative:
Taxiing into the gate at wilkes barre a gate agent was signaling us to park on the T. As first officer turned the aircraft to line up with the T, the aircraft made contact with the terminal building. The aircraft was then stopped 2 ft or so outside the parking T and contact was still made. The only damage to the aircraft was a broken off strobe light. A new addition was added to the terminal and the parking T was never relocated to reflect this. After this incident the airport authority immediately painted the scraped area of the terminal and blacked out the parking T.
