Narrative:
I forgot to pick up the IFR clearance. Ground control and tower along with departure failed to inform us we didn't receive our clearance. We both discovered our (my) failure to pick up clearance when pit departure control asked us to squawk a different ATC code. The captain and I both checked to see what the pre departure clearance message said for a clearance, but the pre departure clearance said no clearance available. There were no deviations or any communications said about the event. There is also a possibility I did pick up the clearance and this communication is not needed.
