Narrative:
Flight was cleared out of lax on the loope 9 departure, daggett transition. The SID states for takeoff on runway 25, fly 250 degree heading until crossing the smo 160 degree radial, then turn to heading 235, to expect vectors back to lax VOR, maintain 2000 ft. This being the first day of the new procedure, the captain and I briefed the new procedure thoroughly. After takeoff and after crossing the smo 160 radial, I called for heading select and turned to heading 235. We were then cleared to 15000 and left turn direct to lax VOR. After doing this, departure control told us to call them upon landing.

Narrative: FLT WAS CLRED OUT OF LAX ON THE LOOPE 9 DEP, DAGGETT TRANSITION.
