Narrative:
Taxi in and deicing appeared normal. Started left engine and taxied out of car wash following maintenance personnel taxi instructions. As I started my right turn onto taxiway T, I felt what appeared like the nose wheel scrubbing on the snow. I released pressure on the steering, slowed and continued the turn. At this point we were well clear on the pad. While taxiing for takeoff, the a flight attendant informed me that a passenger noticed a light dangling from the right wing tip. I sent the first officer back to inspect the wing tip. He confirmed the damage and we returned to the gate. Upon inspection, I noted the right wing tip aft of the wing tip light assembly was damaged and the white tail light assembly was hanging down. I never felt any impact except as noted when turning on tango. It appears to me a truck brushed the wing tip.
