Narrative:
Landowner contacted ground crew on landing of balloon and advised balloon frightened cows and caused them to run through fence and hurt themselves. Flight service advised in briefing wind 6 KTS or less. During flight surface wind picked up to 10 KTS and I was looking for a landing site. Tried to contact landowner at his home but no response. Left my name and phone number.

Narrative: LANDOWNER CONTACTED GND CREW ON LNDG OF BALLOON AND ADVISED BALLOON FRIGHTENED COWS AND CAUSED THEM TO RUN THROUGH FENCE AND HURT THEMSELVES. FLT SVC ADVISED IN BRIEFING WIND 6 KTS OR LESS. DURING FLT SURFACE WIND PICKED UP TO 10 KTS AND I WAS LOOKING FOR A LNDG SITE. TRIED TO CONTACT LANDOWNER AT HIS HOME BUT NO RESPONSE. LEFT MY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER.
