Narrative:

First officer transmitted in the blind that we were taking the runway. There are no taxiways at this airport. We back taxied down runway 28 and went into position on runway 10. We then heard an airplane report 12 mi out for runway 28. 30-40 seconds later, after completing our takeoff checklist, we made another transmission that we were beginning our takeoff roll on runway 10. At 300 ft AGL we initiated a turn to the right in accordance with company procedures. At approximately 800-1000 ft on crosswind leg I saw a small airplane begin a turn to the left, away from us. Uncontrolled airports are inherently a potential danger by virtue of the fact they are not controled. Special vigilance should be practiced. Constant update of position and intentions via blind transmission and even direct communications with other aircraft should be observed. Supplemental information from acn 200761: climbing through approximately 7500 ft (1000 ft AGL) and heading approximately 200 degrees, I saw a turboprop aircraft above and outside our turn in a turn away from our position. The 2 aircraft passed with 1000 ft vertical and approximately 1 mi lateral separation. It appears that the other airplane was entering downwind for runway 10. I checked on takeoff to clear the area of the airplane calling straight-in for runway 28.

Title: ACR HAS CLOSE PROX WITH ANOTHER ACFT WHILE DEPARTING UNCTLED ARPT.

Narrative: FO XMITTED IN THE BLIND THAT WE WERE TAKING THE RWY. THERE ARE NO TAXIWAYS AT THIS ARPT. WE BACK TAXIED DOWN RWY 28 AND WENT INTO POS ON RWY 10. WE THEN HEARD AN AIRPLANE RPT 12 MI OUT FOR RWY 28. 30-40 SECONDS LATER, AFTER COMPLETING OUR TKOF CHKLIST, WE MADE ANOTHER XMISSION THAT WE WERE BEGINNING OUR TKOF ROLL ON RWY 10. AT 300 FT AGL WE INITIATED A TURN TO THE R IN ACCORDANCE WITH COMPANY PROCS. AT APPROX 800-1000 FT ON XWIND LEG I SAW A SMALL AIRPLANE BEGIN A TURN TO THE L, AWAY FROM US. UNCTLED ARPTS ARE INHERENTLY A POTENTIAL DANGER BY VIRTUE OF THE FACT THEY ARE NOT CTLED. SPECIAL VIGILANCE SHOULD BE PRACTICED. CONSTANT UPDATE OF POS AND INTENTIONS VIA BLIND XMISSION AND EVEN DIRECT COMS WITH OTHER ACFT SHOULD BE OBSERVED. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 200761: CLBING THROUGH APPROX 7500 FT (1000 FT AGL) AND HDG APPROX 200 DEGS, I SAW A TURBOPROP ACFT ABOVE AND OUTSIDE OUR TURN IN A TURN AWAY FROM OUR POS. THE 2 ACFT PASSED WITH 1000 FT VERT AND APPROX 1 MI LATERAL SEPARATION. IT APPEARS THAT THE OTHER AIRPLANE WAS ENTERING DOWNWIND FOR RWY 10. I CHKED ON TKOF TO CLR THE AREA OF THE AIRPLANE CALLING STRAIGHT-IN FOR RWY 28.
