Narrative:
Wind indicated the use of runway 06 at N67. I had earlier landed on runway 24 and felt a significant tailwind component. Checked winds prior to departure (36/09), also indicated by windsock. Later determined radio doesn't transmit (my airplane). While climbing out of runway 6 at N67, I observed a low wing airplane turning base to final for runway 24 at N67. This was not a near miss but rather a safety issue that could have been avoided by looking. Apparently, other aircraft did not see me and I diverted to the left. Again and again -- see and be seen.
