Narrative:
Was aware of aircraft Y using ILS at lvk per lvk tower communication. Other aircraft Y (twin engine) passed to my right at 1-2 O'clock on estimated heading of 273. I was monitoring lvk tower. Would like longer flight following from 'bay.'
