Narrative:
ATC gave a descent clearance from en route altitude of FL370 to FL330. As we passed through 36300 jax center gave us an immediate climb clearance back to FL370 and a left turn to 330 heading. Just as ATC gave us the vectors the TCASII alert came back on with just a 'TA.' I had the conflict aircraft both visually and on TCASII.
