Narrative:
On IFR ILS approach into houston's ellington field right engine did not respond to power increase. Electronic engine control was cycled to confirm it was working. Power was reduced and an engine failure occurred at approximately 800-1000 ft MSL. A full missed approach was accomplished and right engine was secured. Returned to houston intercontinental no injuries.

Title: ACFT ENG FAILURE DURING FLT.
Narrative: ON IFR ILS APCH INTO HOUSTON'S ELLINGTON FIELD R ENG DID NOT RESPOND TO PWR INCREASE. ELECTRONIC ENG CTL WAS CYCLED TO CONFIRM IT WAS WORKING. PWR WAS REDUCED AND AN ENG FAILURE OCCURRED AT APPROX 800-1000 FT MSL. A FULL MISSED APCH WAS ACCOMPLISHED AND R ENG WAS SECURED. RETURNED TO HOUSTON INTERCONTINENTAL NO INJURIES.
