Narrative:

After all normal pretkof checklist were completed we were cleared for takeoff. After advancing power to 1/3 EPR for the takeoff, the confign warning warning sounded and indicated that the parking brake was set (we were rolling at this time). The captain aborted and checked brake energy charts for cooling times. We had only achieved taxi speed at abort. On taxiway the captain set brakes with foot pressure and and advanced engines to check indications for repeat occurrence. None was noted. All pretkofs checks were completed and captain elected to takeoff without going back to gate for maintenance check off. Captain determined it was an electrical glitch that could not be duplicated. Takeoff and duration of flight were uneventful with no additional warning indications. Logbook entry was made and phl maintenance dealt with logbook entry.
