Cleared from FL450 to cross 40 mi west of sbj VOR 11000 ft. Advised captain with current rate of descent will not comply with crossing restriction. Suggested we advise ATC. Captain reply, 'not to worry, will be close.' missed assigned altitude by 6000 ft. Help -- looking for a new captain!!
