Narrative:

Small transport was instructed by ground control to taxi behind an large transport that was moving on to the runway. Then ground control then came on and said to the small transport taxi behind the large transport, caution jet blast. The controller also advised 3 or 4 other aircraft behind the small transport to also cross the runway behind the large transport. As the small transport approached the runways threshold, the large transport pwred up and blew the small transport over onto it's right wing striking it and it's right propeller on the ground. The small transport then came back down landing it's left main gear hard onto the ground. A pilot in one of the plane's behind the small transport told ground that an airplane had had an incident on the runway while crossing it. The controller came on and asked which plane was it? The response was it was the small transport. The controller called the small transport pilot asking him if he was okay. The response was he wasn't sure. The controller called for ground support. The small transport taxied on his own power to a secure area. I think the contributing factor was lack of communication on the tower and ground control. The pilot of the small transport might have understood more of what was going on if the ground controller could have informed him if the large transport was preparing for takeoff or waiting for takeoff as was thought by the small transport pilot.

Title: ACFT DAMAGED BY JET BLAST ENCOUNTER.

Narrative: SMT WAS INSTRUCTED BY GND CTL TO TAXI BEHIND AN LGT THAT WAS MOVING ON TO THE RWY. THEN GND CTL THEN CAME ON AND SAID TO THE SMT TAXI BEHIND THE LGT, CAUTION JET BLAST. THE CTLR ALSO ADVISED 3 OR 4 OTHER ACFT BEHIND THE SMT TO ALSO CROSS THE RWY BEHIND THE LGT. AS THE SMT APCHED THE RWYS THRESHOLD, THE LGT PWRED UP AND BLEW THE SMT OVER ONTO IT'S R WING STRIKING IT AND IT'S R PROP ON THE GND. THE SMT THEN CAME BACK DOWN LNDG IT'S L MAIN GEAR HARD ONTO THE GND. A PLT IN ONE OF THE PLANE'S BEHIND THE SMT TOLD GND THAT AN AIRPLANE HAD HAD AN INCIDENT ON THE RWY WHILE XING IT. THE CTLR CAME ON AND ASKED WHICH PLANE WAS IT? THE RESPONSE WAS IT WAS THE SMT. THE CTLR CALLED THE SMT PLT ASKING HIM IF HE WAS OKAY. THE RESPONSE WAS HE WASN'T SURE. THE CTLR CALLED FOR GND SUPPORT. THE SMT TAXIED ON HIS OWN PWR TO A SECURE AREA. I THINK THE CONTRIBUTING FACTOR WAS LACK OF COM ON THE TWR AND GND CTL. THE PLT OF THE SMT MIGHT HAVE UNDERSTOOD MORE OF WHAT WAS GOING ON IF THE GND CTLR COULD HAVE INFORMED HIM IF THE LGT WAS PREPARING FOR TKOF OR WAITING FOR TKOF AS WAS THOUGHT BY THE SMT PLT.
