Narrative:
How the problem arose -- open house 5 cent a pound rides. Owner of FBO pressuring all day 'fly shorter fly more people. Don't take off without 3 people.' over and over. Small aircraft aircraft owner fueled plane. I had been flying it with 2- 3 people -- not full fuel the load given to me I didn't except. The owner and helpers come up with a single in the crowd -- a heavy adult. I asked if we had full fuel the owner said no -- he didn't fill it full. I'd be okay. A pressure situation arose. I accepted the situation reluctantly. The takeoff situation was -- we got airborne and I knew it was a bad situation climb performance totally unacceptable. Shallow turn to lower terrain and safe emergency landing situation established a 50 FPM climb -- gentle climb and over low terrain -- no emergency arose but the situation was uncomfortable. Pressure over and over -- I will never again accept an unreasonable unsafe situation. I talked with the owner -- let him know of the pressure he was giving me about the plane I was flying, about density altitude and weight.

Narrative: HOW THE PROBLEM AROSE -- OPEN HOUSE 5 CENT A POUND RIDES. OWNER OF FBO PRESSURING ALL DAY 'FLY SHORTER FLY MORE PEOPLE. DON'T TAKE OFF WITHOUT 3 PEOPLE.' OVER AND OVER. SMA ACFT OWNER FUELED PLANE. I HAD BEEN FLYING IT WITH 2- 3 PEOPLE -- NOT FULL FUEL THE LOAD GIVEN TO ME I DIDN'T EXCEPT. THE OWNER AND HELPERS COME UP WITH A SINGLE IN THE CROWD -- A HVY ADULT. I ASKED IF WE HAD FULL FUEL THE OWNER SAID NO -- HE DIDN'T FILL IT FULL. I'D BE OKAY. A PRESSURE SITUATION AROSE. I ACCEPTED THE SITUATION RELUCTANTLY. THE TKOF SITUATION WAS -- WE GOT AIRBORNE AND I KNEW IT WAS A BAD SITUATION CLB PERFORMANCE TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. SHALLOW TURN TO LOWER TERRAIN AND SAFE EMER LNDG SITUATION ESTABLISHED A 50 FPM CLB -- GENTLE CLB AND OVER LOW TERRAIN -- NO EMER AROSE BUT THE SITUATION WAS UNCOMFORTABLE. PRESSURE OVER AND OVER -- I WILL NEVER AGAIN ACCEPT AN UNREASONABLE UNSAFE SITUATION. I TALKED WITH THE OWNER -- LET HIM KNOW OF THE PRESSURE HE WAS GIVING ME ABOUT THE PLANE I WAS FLYING, ABOUT DENSITY ALT AND WT.
