Narrative:
While following vectors to land, noticed air carrier on localizer heading my way. Took evasive action but TCASII equipment on carrier caused him to go around even though we never came closer than a distance between 1 to 2 mi. I landed uneventfully thereafter.

Title: AN ACR TOOK EVASIVE ACTION IN THE HOU TFC PATTERN TO AVOID AN SMA ACFT. THE ACR ACFT MADE A GAR.
Narrative: WHILE FOLLOWING VECTORS TO LAND, NOTICED ACR ON LOC HDG MY WAY. TOOK EVASIVE ACTION BUT TCASII EQUIP ON CARRIER CAUSED HIM TO GAR EVEN THOUGH WE NEVER CAME CLOSER THAN A DISTANCE BTWN 1 TO 2 MI. I LANDED UNEVENTFULLY THEREAFTER.
