Narrative:
VFR to IFR flight from st simmon island, GA, to charlie brown airport, fulton county, GA. Upon initial descent to fulton county, alternator displayed discharge. I reduced electrical output to a min. Put landing gear down upon initial turn to final on ILS runway 8 fulton county, received 3 green indicator. Approach handed me off to tower at which time I lost all electrical output and radio contact. Having been cleared for the ILS runway 8, proceeded to continue approach and land. Upon landing, 2 mains were fine but nose wheel collapsed. After second or 2, airplane skidded on nose. Last 10 ft of skid left main collapsed. Fulton county tower backed this description by verifying no lights or radio contact on final.
