Narrative:
Landed on runway 18 at sbn without landing clearance. Football game traffic. New copilot running the radios. High workload trying to space on slower traffic ahead to land. Lots of radio 'chatter.' was cleared to follow slower traffic and did to landing on 18. Turned off on taxiway and advised by approach to contact tower. Tower advised we should have called earlier! As PIC I should have monitored the situation better. New copilot and busy approach controller no excuse for lapse in 'basic' airmanship. This could have been a very bad situation as both runways (crossing) were being used at the time. I know the tower controller had to have anxious moments until we exited the runway just short of the crossing active runway.

Title: FLC OF CPR SMT ACFT LANDED WITHOUT CLRNC.
Narrative: LANDED ON RWY 18 AT SBN WITHOUT LNDG CLRNC. FOOTBALL GAME TFC. NEW COPLT RUNNING THE RADIOS. HIGH WORKLOAD TRYING TO SPACE ON SLOWER TFC AHEAD TO LAND. LOTS OF RADIO 'CHATTER.' WAS CLRED TO FOLLOW SLOWER TFC AND DID TO LNDG ON 18. TURNED OFF ON TAXIWAY AND ADVISED BY APCH TO CONTACT TWR. TWR ADVISED WE SHOULD HAVE CALLED EARLIER! AS PIC I SHOULD HAVE MONITORED THE SITUATION BETTER. NEW COPLT AND BUSY APCH CTLR NO EXCUSE FOR LAPSE IN 'BASIC' AIRMANSHIP. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN A VERY BAD SITUATION AS BOTH RWYS (XING) WERE BEING USED AT THE TIME. I KNOW THE TWR CTLR HAD TO HAVE ANXIOUS MOMENTS UNTIL WE EXITED THE RWY JUST SHORT OF THE XING ACTIVE RWY.
