Narrative:
Flight attendant completed training 5 days previous. Her general operating manual was 2 yrs out of date. She was given only 5 days training due to sudden large attrition of flight attendants due to poor labor management (gross understatement). We were ramp checked by FAA inspector and this was one of the things he checked.

Title: ACR LTT CABIN FLT ATTENDANT MANUALS WERE FOUND OUT-OF- DATE BY AN FAA INSPECTOR.
Narrative: FLT ATTENDANT COMPLETED TRAINING 5 DAYS PREVIOUS. HER GENERAL OPERATING MANUAL WAS 2 YRS OUT OF DATE. SHE WAS GIVEN ONLY 5 DAYS TRAINING DUE TO SUDDEN LARGE ATTRITION OF FLT ATTENDANTS DUE TO POOR LABOR MGMNT (GROSS UNDERSTATEMENT). WE WERE RAMP CHKED BY FAA INSPECTOR AND THIS WAS ONE OF THE THINGS HE CHKED.
