Narrative:
It was all pilot error. I thought I was landing at brooks county. I was a little bit disorganized from the beginning. I believe the problem was caused because I wasn't paying attention and was a little disorganized (as stated in the statement above). The good thing that came out of it is that I was taught to always familiarize myself with the surrounding airports and also to organize my cockpit management. I believe these small corrections will solve the problem and prevent it from happening again.

Title: ERROR ADMITTED AS PRIVATE PLT MAKES WRONG ARPT APCH LNDG.
Narrative: IT WAS ALL PLT ERROR. I THOUGHT I WAS LNDG AT BROOKS COUNTY. I WAS A LITTLE BIT DISORGANIZED FROM THE BEGINNING. I BELIEVE THE PROBLEM WAS CAUSED BECAUSE I WASN'T PAYING ATTN AND WAS A LITTLE DISORGANIZED (AS STATED IN THE STATEMENT ABOVE). THE GOOD THING THAT CAME OUT OF IT IS THAT I WAS TAUGHT TO ALWAYS FAMILIARIZE MYSELF WITH THE SURROUNDING ARPTS AND ALSO TO ORGANIZE MY COCKPIT MGMNT. I BELIEVE THESE SMALL CORRECTIONS WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND PREVENT IT FROM HAPPENING AGAIN.
