I think my mind was not on flying. I did not use my landing checklist and I did not check my visual gear down check on final. I had just flown 3.75 hours, I may have been fatigued. I had flown from friday harbor, wa, to hayward, ca, and then to grass valley, ca. All VFR.

Narrative: I THINK MY MIND WAS NOT ON FLYING. I DID NOT USE MY LNDG CHKLIST AND I DID NOT CHK MY VISUAL GEAR DOWN CHK ON FINAL. I HAD JUST FLOWN 3.75 HRS, I MAY HAVE BEEN FATIGUED. I HAD FLOWN FROM FRIDAY HARBOR, WA, TO HAYWARD, CA, AND THEN TO GRASS VALLEY, CA. ALL VFR.
