Narrative:
Possible bird strike. At V1, engine indications normal fan vibration. Started to increase #2 engine. At 1000 ft vibration indicated 1.1. At 5000 ft, fan vibration 2.1. At 8000 ft #2 engine vibration 2.9. Return to mco initiated with power reduction on #2 engine. No overtemps, overspds or abnormal indication other than fan vibration as noted. Post-flight inspection revealed damage to 3 fan blades on #2 engine.
