Narrative:

ILS 09 made at cdg paris, in widebody transport. Autoplt and F/D in approach mode. Disconnected at 100' for manual landing. T/D was normal with no indication of tail skid strike. Maintenance advised us of tail skid damage at the gate. Cdg ATIS was giving ceiling at 3000' visibility 5 kilometers winds light about 5 KTS. Actual ceiling was about 300' visibility 3/4 mi at T/D end. On taxi in we asked cdg what WX was and they said visibility 5 kilometers. This flight was part of my international navigation training and I was flying from the left seat. Due to low visibility both pilots were working outside on landing and cannot confirm pitch attitude on landing.
