Narrative:
Nose strut leaked down at the gate in pit. Maintenance svced strut and signed logbook. We made a normal taxi out for takeoff. Turning onto the runway the nose gear seemed to feel abnormal. I exited the runway and returned to the ramp as a precaution. Maintenance visually rechked the nose strut. We returned to the runway for a normal takeoff.
