Narrative:
We were climbing through 5700 ft when departure asked us our altitude. I said we are at 5800. Departure said we were clear to 5000 ft and asked us to maintain 6000. Departure then told an inbound aircraft to maintain 7000. I then noticed we had 10000 ft set in the altitude window. I said to the controller that we had 10000 in the window and he said mco doesn't use 10000 ft. I then realized that mco uses 5000 ft and 12000 ft. Due to electrical power source changes and some confusion as to if we were on schedule, I failed to check and verify the numbers set in the altitude box.

Narrative: WE WERE CLBING THROUGH 5700 FT WHEN DEP ASKED US OUR ALT. I SAID WE ARE AT 5800. DEP SAID WE WERE CLR TO 5000 FT AND ASKED US TO MAINTAIN 6000. DEP THEN TOLD AN INBOUND ACFT TO MAINTAIN 7000. I THEN NOTICED WE HAD 10000 FT SET IN THE ALT WINDOW. I SAID TO THE CTLR THAT WE HAD 10000 IN THE WINDOW AND HE SAID MCO DOESN'T USE 10000 FT. I THEN REALIZED THAT MCO USES 5000 FT AND 12000 FT. DUE TO ELECTRICAL PWR SOURCE CHANGES AND SOME CONFUSION AS TO IF WE WERE ON SCHEDULE, I FAILED TO CHK AND VERIFY THE NUMBERS SET IN THE ALT BOX.
