Narrative:
Approach unk into the low sun at the runway most favorable for wind at a 30 degree angle to final. Another aircraft was lower underneath me, doing the same thing. I transmitted on CTAF 10 mi out, 5 mi dogleg to final. I approached the pilot after landing. He was transmitting on the wrong frequency. Should have overflown airfield, but due to hills and over icy water, I didn't.
