Narrative:
On short final to land at runway 9, had a low wing small aircraft pass over me and land in front. Made go around and made a safe landing. Distance between aircraft approximately 30-40' vertical, situation occurred because both pilots failed to see each other.

Narrative: ON SHORT FINAL TO LAND AT RWY 9, HAD A LOW WING SMA PASS OVER ME AND LAND IN FRONT. MADE GO AROUND AND MADE A SAFE LNDG. DISTANCE BTWN ACFT APPROX 30-40' VERT, SITUATION OCCURRED BECAUSE BOTH PLTS FAILED TO SEE EACH OTHER.
