Narrative:
We were flying anc to nrt. The anc altimeter was 28.94. At 18000 ft all 3 of us independently misset our altimeters to 28.92 instead of 29.92. The error was caught by center after we leveled off at indicated assigned altitude FL310. Our altitude readout to center read our actual fl FL320. There was no traffic conflict. The error was simply a lack of awareness by all 3 crew members. The contributing factor, I believe, was that the crew was tired. We were 5 days into an international trip. The day before we had flown tpe-nrt-anc, flying all night and arriving in anc XA00 am local. We were awakened very early local for this departure. On our body clocks, this is the time in the far east that we had been going to sleep in previous 2 days. I believe our ability to rest and be sharp for this departure was compromised by our schedule. The far's do not adequately address the need for rest. Supplemental information from acn 226287. The last time I raised a serious question about it our company president suggested that I could be removed from the payroll if I didn't shut up and fly the trip.

Narrative: WE WERE FLYING ANC TO NRT. THE ANC ALTIMETER WAS 28.94. AT 18000 FT ALL 3 OF US INDEPENDENTLY MISSET OUR ALTIMETERS TO 28.92 INSTEAD OF 29.92. THE ERROR WAS CAUGHT BY CTR AFTER WE LEVELED OFF AT INDICATED ASSIGNED ALT FL310. OUR ALT READOUT TO CTR READ OUR ACTUAL FL FL320. THERE WAS NO TFC CONFLICT. THE ERROR WAS SIMPLY A LACK OF AWARENESS BY ALL 3 CREW MEMBERS. THE CONTRIBUTING FACTOR, I BELIEVE, WAS THAT THE CREW WAS TIRED. WE WERE 5 DAYS INTO AN INTL TRIP. THE DAY BEFORE WE HAD FLOWN TPE-NRT-ANC, FLYING ALL NIGHT AND ARRIVING IN ANC XA00 AM LCL. WE WERE AWAKENED VERY EARLY LCL FOR THIS DEP. ON OUR BODY CLOCKS, THIS IS THE TIME IN THE FAR EAST THAT WE HAD BEEN GOING TO SLEEP IN PREVIOUS 2 DAYS. I BELIEVE OUR ABILITY TO REST AND BE SHARP FOR THIS DEP WAS COMPROMISED BY OUR SCHEDULE. THE FAR'S DO NOT ADEQUATELY ADDRESS THE NEED FOR REST. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 226287. THE LAST TIME I RAISED A SERIOUS QUESTION ABOUT IT OUR COMPANY PRESIDENT SUGGESTED THAT I COULD BE REMOVED FROM THE PAYROLL IF I DIDN'T SHUT UP AND FLY THE TRIP.
