Narrative:
Continuing problem of frequency coverage in mnn (135.1) and crl (127.9) sectors at ZOB. Numerous complaints on frequency by aircraft plus controller complaints. I am not sure what caused this problem, however, approximately 1 month ago these frequencys were switched. Crl used to have 135.1 while mnn was 127.9. We were not having these problems before. Normal channel complaints have not worked.
