Narrative:
We landed in pittsburgh on runway 28L without incident. Upon clearing runway 28L on C3, we contacted ground control and were given instructions to taxi on C, turn right on C2. Upon clearing the runway, with no taxiway markings evident, and completing the after landing check, the captain turned right on T. As we made the right turn on T, we noticed an aircraft in takeoff position on runway 28C. We stopped immediately and as we did, ground also advised us we made the wrong turn and to hold short. The front half of the aircraft was beyond the hold short line. Contributing factors include: new terminal with new taxi rtes, renaming of old taxiways, extremely busy phase of flight (clearing the runway on a high speed exit) and unfamiliar local taxi procedures. Also, I feel the taxiways are very poorly marked, in particular, upon existing runways and also on taxiway T and V.

Title: ACR ON ROLLOUT ON HIGH SPD TAXIWAY MISSES ASSIGNED TAXIWAY. RWY INCURSION.
Narrative: WE LANDED IN PITTSBURGH ON RWY 28L WITHOUT INCIDENT. UPON CLRING RWY 28L ON C3, WE CONTACTED GND CTL AND WERE GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS TO TAXI ON C, TURN R ON C2. UPON CLRING THE RWY, WITH NO TAXIWAY MARKINGS EVIDENT, AND COMPLETING THE AFTER LNDG CHK, THE CAPT TURNED R ON T. AS WE MADE THE R TURN ON T, WE NOTICED AN ACFT IN TKOF POS ON RWY 28C. WE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY AND AS WE DID, GND ALSO ADVISED US WE MADE THE WRONG TURN AND TO HOLD SHORT. THE FRONT HALF OF THE ACFT WAS BEYOND THE HOLD SHORT LINE. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS INCLUDE: NEW TERMINAL WITH NEW TAXI RTES, RENAMING OF OLD TAXIWAYS, EXTREMELY BUSY PHASE OF FLT (CLRING THE RWY ON A HIGH SPD EXIT) AND UNFAMILIAR LCL TAXI PROCS. ALSO, I FEEL THE TAXIWAYS ARE VERY POORLY MARKED, IN PARTICULAR, UPON EXISTING RWYS AND ALSO ON TAXIWAY T AND V.
