Narrative:
Cleared to taxi to runway 20. Did a 180 degree from parking position onto taxiway B, not realizing that the next point wasn't a parallel taxiway, but the runway. Realizing immediately that we had inadvertently pulled onto the runway, we notified tower and taxied clear at the approach end of runway 20. There were no flashing lights or noticeable signs. Outbound taxi was briefed.
