Part 135 duty regulations totally neglect the human factor and the lack of restrictions on duty times are being exploited placing the crews and passenger in a reduced safety condition. These regulations need to be changed now, before people get hurt.

Narrative: PART 135 DUTY REGS TOTALLY NEGLECT THE HUMAN FACTOR AND THE LACK OF RESTRICTIONS ON DUTY TIMES ARE BEING EXPLOITED PLACING THE CREWS AND PAX IN A REDUCED SAFETY CONDITION. THESE REGS NEED TO BE CHANGED NOW, BEFORE PEOPLE GET HURT.
