Narrative:
While level at FL250 we received a TCASII RA telling us to climb. I started to climb at 1100 FPM. The first officer called ATC to let them know we were climbing. The TCASII gave us the clear of conflict at 25400 ft so we returned to FL250. ATC told us our traffic was level at FL240. We told him again we were responding to a TCASII RA. He said ok and that there was no problem.
