Level at 10000 ft MSL as an intermediate level en route to land at oma. Omaha approach advised a light aircraft, 12 O'clock, 9500 ft MSL, opposite direction. TCASII showed aircraft 400 ft below us at 5000 ft minus 400 ft at 4 mi. Issued TA at 3.5 and RA climb at 2 mi. Climbed to 10400 ft before clear of conflict received.
