Narrative:
I landed runway 24R in a 3 point attitude. Felt a vibration in the tail end of the aircraft. I brought the tail off the runway to maintain directional control. Combination of gusty winds, slow airspeed and tail too high. I lost pitch control, then the aircraft nosed over. Corrective action: don't put tail so high, better wind correction.
