Narrative:
Air carrier X on final approach to runway 27L at chicago's O'hare. I saw the approach lights at decision height and the approach was continued. At approximately 100 ft AGL, the runway end was in sight and an air carrier widebody transport was in position on runway 22L. With no time to miss the approach, we overflew the tail of the widebody transport aircraft by less than 50 ft to an uneventful landing.
