Narrative:
During initial climb out of phl, system 1 low hydraulics warning appeared. Crew complied with all applicable checklists, and diverted to pit because runway braking action in phl was reported poor. Emergency was declared and landing was made without further incident. Upon gate arrival an appropriate logbook entry was made.

Narrative: DURING INITIAL CLB OUT OF PHL, SYS 1 LOW HYDS WARNING APPEARED. CREW COMPLIED WITH ALL APPLICABLE CHKLISTS, AND DIVERTED TO PIT BECAUSE RWY BRAKING ACTION IN PHL WAS RPTED POOR. EMER WAS DECLARED AND LNDG WAS MADE WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. UPON GATE ARR AN APPROPRIATE LOGBOOK ENTRY WAS MADE.
