Narrative:
Small aircraft X touch-and-goes runway 27 and cpr Y making ILS 1 touch- and-go runway 1. Prior to the incident we had an equipment malfunction which involved smoke in the cabin and at the time of the incident an af technician was in the cabin inside the console of the center position (flight data). Cpr Y had a training requirement to make an ILS approach so I approved the ILS approach. Just before the incident the small aircraft X reported downwind and was cleared for touch-and-go. Just a little later cpr Y reported the OM. I thought small aircraft X was on final because of the time that had elapsed. As it turned out he was on final, a very long final, and with flying into the wind it took even more time than I had planned for. Right after giving the clearance to cpr Y I was distracted from insuring the whereabouts of the small aircraft X by the interaction of the technician and other controller and forgot about small aircraft X. I made an assumption that he would be clear of the intersection. I was wrong and didn't have the required runway separation (approximately 5500 ft) and in reality it turned out to be less than 1000 ft on the surface of the airport. I should have insured separation by staying focused on the only 2 aircraft I had.

Title: MULTIPLE RWY OP INTERSECTING RWYS. SMA X HAD LTSS FROM CPR Y. SYS ERROR.
Narrative: SMA X TOUCH-AND-GOES RWY 27 AND CPR Y MAKING ILS 1 TOUCH- AND-GO RWY 1. AS IT TURNED OUT HE WAS ON FINAL, A VERY LONG FINAL, AND WITH FLYING INTO THE WIND IT TOOK EVEN MORE TIME THAN I HAD PLANNED FOR. RIGHT AFTER GIVING THE CLRNC TO CPR Y I WAS DISTRACTED FROM INSURING THE WHEREABOUTS OF THE SMA X BY THE INTERACTION OF THE TECHNICIAN AND OTHER CTLR AND FORGOT ABOUT SMA X. I MADE AN ASSUMPTION THAT HE WOULD BE CLR OF THE INTXN. I SHOULD HAVE INSURED SEPARATION BY STAYING FOCUSED ON THE ONLY 2 ACFT I HAD.
