Narrative:
Got a slight fluctuation of EPR on #3 engine (plus all other parameters). Decided to leave 370 ft for FL330 in case problem became worse. Advised company flight control maintenance. Gradually engine fluctuation increased to the point it was unusable except at idle power. All published procedures were followed while troubleshooting, but had no effect. We then decided to land at nearest suitable airport. On touchdown in mem #3 engine failed when initiating reverse.
