Narrative:

Company maintenance completed wheel and oil check in phl. Both engine oil quantities indicated 3 plus gallons. Upon level off, #2 oil quantity was decreasing. Initiated approach in yul with #2 oil quantity showing 1 gallon. At gate, first officer and contract mechanic found both engine oil caps off and engine oil coating inside engine cowling.
