Narrative:
Failed to ensure flaps were in the takeoff position during the taxi checklist. The warning system alarmed, and the problem fixed without event. The only significant factor involved was crew fatigue. The trip was an 8 leg day trip with an early am show time. This trip followed a 3-DAY trip with 16 legs that got off at XA00 pm the previous night. By the time you got off of the other trip it was difficult to get adequate rest by the time you drove to and from the airport and had to get up at XX00 am to get ready for work.
