Narrative:
Before landing gear extend unsafe left main indication, action taken: checked bulb. Asked to circle to check and verify procedure. Recycled gear twice, then performed emergency gear extension procedures. Determined that the gear was down and locked (just the over center not touching micro switch). Flew by tower twice to verify my judgement. They verified gear down inner gear doors open. I then landed without incident. After landing, taxied off runway onto taxiway, asked to shut down to verify over center locked. Wiped dirt off area. Returned to cockpit to perform normal operation. Had to jump start my gpu. Gear doors retracted, all normal. Went to ramp, called director of operations. He said to clear area before continuing. I determined as well with director of operations that aircraft did not need mechanical assistance, just some dirt in the way, and continued route without event. I did not declare an emergency for I knew there was none.
