Narrative:
The right engine rolled back and began surging. All engine indications remained within limits. The engine was shut down and a descent to FL280 was accomplished. The engine was restarted on the first attempt with all indications normal. The aircraft was climbed back up to FL350 and flight continued on to destination without further problems.

Title: INFLT ENG SHUTDOWN RESTART.
Narrative: THE R ENG ROLLED BACK AND BEGAN SURGING. ALL ENG INDICATIONS REMAINED WITHIN LIMITS. THE ENG WAS SHUT DOWN AND A DSCNT TO FL280 WAS ACCOMPLISHED. THE ENG WAS RESTARTED ON THE FIRST ATTEMPT WITH ALL INDICATIONS NORMAL. THE ACFT WAS CLBED BACK UP TO FL350 AND FLT CONTINUED ON TO DEST WITHOUT FURTHER PROBS.
