Narrative:
Nothing I can't correct on my own. Need a little more work on xwinds. Upon landing, airplane drifted to the left and veering left after touchdown. Must have gotten wind gust from the right. From this point, I was unable to bring the plane back to the center of the runway. Evidently didn't hit right rudder. Plane continued onto the infield between runway and taxiway. At this point, tried not to steer aircraft. Almost reached the taxiway before striking runway marker sign.
