Narrative:
During BFR owner/pilot was performing full stop lndgs. On 2ND landing he did not lower gear and both he and I were distracted and did not detect the oversight. Aircraft was landed gear up, no injuries. Pilot owner pushed propeller forward prior to power reduction getting some surge from propeller governor. I called this to his attention and on later discussion he felt that he may have become distracted from his checklist at this time. On base leg he verbally sounded his checklist. I told him to perform this and 1 more landing and we would stop. He then indicated that he would like to schedule to fly again. Our distrs probably caused the oversight. Normal landing flare, no gear horn, stall warning beeped just before ground contact. Corrective action on my part: carefully conduct my own independent prelndg check. No talking about anything not essential to the operation being performed during takeoff and landing. Jot down critique items on knee board to discuss in post-flight, rather in the aircraft if not critical to the flight.

Title: GEAR UP LNDG.
Narrative: DURING BFR OWNER/PLT WAS PERFORMING FULL STOP LNDGS. ON 2ND LNDG HE DID NOT LOWER GEAR AND BOTH HE AND I WERE DISTRACTED AND DID NOT DETECT THE OVERSIGHT. ACFT WAS LANDED GEAR UP, NO INJURIES. PLT OWNER PUSHED PROP FORWARD PRIOR TO PWR REDUCTION GETTING SOME SURGE FROM PROP GOVERNOR. I CALLED THIS TO HIS ATTN AND ON LATER DISCUSSION HE FELT THAT HE MAY HAVE BECOME DISTRACTED FROM HIS CHKLIST AT THIS TIME. ON BASE LEG HE VERBALLY SOUNDED HIS CHKLIST. I TOLD HIM TO PERFORM THIS AND 1 MORE LNDG AND WE WOULD STOP. HE THEN INDICATED THAT HE WOULD LIKE TO SCHEDULE TO FLY AGAIN. OUR DISTRS PROBABLY CAUSED THE OVERSIGHT. NORMAL LNDG FLARE, NO GEAR HORN, STALL WARNING BEEPED JUST BEFORE GND CONTACT. CORRECTIVE ACTION ON MY PART: CAREFULLY CONDUCT MY OWN INDEPENDENT PRELNDG CHK. NO TALKING ABOUT ANYTHING NOT ESSENTIAL TO THE OP BEING PERFORMED DURING TKOF AND LNDG. JOT DOWN CRITIQUE ITEMS ON KNEE BOARD TO DISCUSS IN POST-FLT, RATHER IN THE ACFT IF NOT CRITICAL TO THE FLT.
