Working with gso approach inbound to clt. TCASII RA followed by RA for aircraft at approximately 1:30 - 2 O'clock position, opposite direction below us and climbing. RA was to climb, which I did to about 10300-10350 ft where 'monitor vertical speed' and leveled off. Saw aircraft, an small transport. Advised gso of our climb due to RA to 10300 ft. Gso approach said he saw traffic behind us and was busy with other aircraft and had not seen it before -- score 1 for TCASII.

Narrative: WORKING WITH GSO APCH INBOUND TO CLT. TCASII RA FOLLOWED BY RA FOR ACFT AT APPROX 1:30 - 2 O'CLOCK POS, OPPOSITE DIRECTION BELOW US AND CLBING. RA WAS TO CLB, WHICH I DID TO ABOUT 10300-10350 FT WHERE 'MONITOR VERT SPD' AND LEVELED OFF. SAW ACFT, AN SMT. ADVISED GSO OF OUR CLB DUE TO RA TO 10300 FT.
